Dr. Nazeeri is a family physician who completed his residency training at the Pennsylvania State University Family and Community Medicine Residency Training Program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Michigan, Master of Science from the University of Oregon and Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Nazeeri is the founding member of Nazeeri Family Medicine and has been practicing in Lebanon, PA since 2001. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine, a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and a member of the PA Medical Society Clinically Integrated Network.
